Last week we had the opportunity to take part in the latest edition of Salón Gourmets, one of Europe’s leading events for professionals in the food and drink sector.
For Cool Vega Company, this trade fair has been a strategic platform for raising awareness of our Cultivalia brand and reinforcing our position as producers of fresh gazpacho and salmorejo, which are 100% natural and made using high-quality, fresh produce sourced from local gardens.
A showcase for Cultivalia, our range of cold soups
Over the course of those days, we had the opportunity to showcase our range of solutions to clients, partners and new contacts:
- Fresh gazpacho and salmorejo, as well as in cartons, under the Cultivalia brand.
- Vib’s brand grated tomato, with and without extra virgin olive oil, fresh and long-life.
All of these products are produced using a manufacturing process that treats each ingredient with care, preserving the freshness, flavour and organoleptic properties of each product, while ensuring the highest standards of food safety through our aseptic packaging.
Beyond the exhibition itself, our presence at Salón Gourmets has enabled us to discover the latest trends, generate conversation, identify opportunities and continue to build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
We’ve gained valuable insights and, above all, confirmation that the market continues to move towards offerings like ours: fresh, natural, high-quality products.
