Grown under strict standards, they are harvested at their peak and processed immediately, preserving their organoleptic properties in Gazpacho, Salmorejo and Grated Tomato, perfect products for those seeking healthy and easy-to-prepare options that also meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.

With a long history in the production of gazpachos and salmorejos, we combine tradition with innovation. We use the most advanced technology to process top-quality vegetables, ensures an authentic and fresh flavour in every product, as well as the constant search for excellence by our expert Quality and R&D&I team, through the development of formulas for our customers.

We produce Gazpacho and Salmorejo for MDD and MDF and under our Cultivalia brand.

Natural grated tomato

Our Cool Vega natural grated tomato is the essence of fresh, pure tomato with no additives. Thanks to our advanced technology, we have created a product that preserves the freshness and flavour of freshly harvested tomatoes.

We produce under the Vib’s brand and for third parties, from 100% natural grated tomato, ideal for sauces and stews, to versions enriched with extra virgin olive oil and salt, perfect for enjoying on toast or as an appetiser.
