The Mediterranean Taste Award (MTA) is a British organisation that seeks to promote the multiple benefits of the Mediterranean diet. Tomatoes are one of the main protagonists of Mediterranean meals, and to this we can add the innovative and innovating process of production of our Natural grated tomato which allows the shelf life of the product to be extended while maintaining its organoleptic properties without heating it to high temperatures. Thus, its taste and quality, as well as the innovation carried out in its production process, have made it highly deserving of the MTA award.
