BRC / IFS
These certificates aim to define the highest requirements to guarantee the maximum food safety of the products marketed, from obtaining their raw materials to placing them on the markets. They guarantee food safety and quality at a global level throughout the production process, as well as the traceability of the entire value chain of the products.
The European Licensing System (ELS), represented by the barred spike, is an internationally recognised European protocol for the certification of gluten-free products for the coeliac population, regulated by the AOECS (Society of European Coeliac Associations).
