Right from the start, we oversee the entire process, beginning with the moment we plant the tomato and cucumber seeds.
We monitor all the conditions necessary for the plant’s proper growth and development: light, water, pH, humidity and temperature.
We specifically select and harvest the vegetables intended for this fresh-cut section at their optimum stage of ripeness and of the correct size.
We maintain strict quality and food safety controls throughout the entire production process. We are certified to the BRCS Food quality and food safety standard.
